Return Eligibility

At Global Vet Care, customer satisfaction remains a top priority. Eligible returns may be accepted for products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the item ordered.

Return requests should be submitted within the applicable return period after delivery. Products must remain unused, unopened where applicable, and in their original packaging to qualify for review.

Non-Returnable Products

Due to health, safety, storage, and product integrity requirements, certain veterinary medicines, opened items, temperature-sensitive products, and customized orders may not be eligible for return.

Refund Policy
